Candidates must satisfy the educational qualifications and experience requirements prescribed for each post.
1. Chief Medical Officer (Post Code: 001)
Essential Qualification
- MBBS including completion of compulsory rotating internship, OR
- Postgraduate Diploma in an appropriate branch of Medicine, OR
- MD/MS in an appropriate branch of Medicine.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ service experience in the relevant field in Pay Level-12.
2. Project Engineer & Estate Officer / Executive Engineer (Post Code: 002)
Essential Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant engineering field as Engineer/Assistant Engineer in CPWD, State PWD, PSU, Autonomous Body, University, or similar organization.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Knowledge of latest management technology
- Postgraduate qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering with First Division or more than 6.5 CGPA
- Experience in estate management and infrastructure projects
3. Medical Officer (Post Code: 003)
Essential Qualification
- MBBS including compulsory rotating internship with at least 1 year experience in a recognized hospital,
OR
- Postgraduate Diploma in an appropriate branch of Medicine with 1 year experience,
OR
- MD/MS in an appropriate branch of Medicine.
4. Technical Officer (Digital and Computing Services) (Post Code: 004)
Essential Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following:
- B.E./B.Tech
- M.Sc. (CSE/IT)
- MCA
with 5 years of relevant experience

- M.Tech. (CSE/IT) with 1 year experience
and first class or equivalent grade (6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale) with consistently excellent academic record.
OR
