UPSSSC FSL Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates should meet the educational qualification prescribed under the Uttar Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory Non Gazetted Technical Service Rules, 2016.
Scientific Assistant Educational Qualification
Biology Domain
• B.Sc. in Biology with Forensic Science and specialization in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetic Science, Cell Biology, or Microbiology.
Physics Domain
• B.Sc. in Physics with Forensic Science and specialization in Nuclear Science or Instrumental Electronics.
• B.Tech. in Instrumental Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Chemistry Domain
• B.Sc. in Chemistry with Forensic Science and specialization in Biochemistry.
Computer Science Domain
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Or A Level Diploma from NIELIT.
Desirable Qualification
• M.Sc. in the relevant subject for Biology, Physics, or Chemistry.
• Higher qualification in Computer Science.
• Minimum two years of service in the Territorial Army.
• NCC B Certificate.
