Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has released the official notification for Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Engineering) Recruitment 2026-27 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The recruitment drive offers 358 Graduate Apprentice training slots for Engineering graduates in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines across HPCL Marketing Division locations in India.

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions before applying.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess an Engineering Graduation Degree in any one of the following branches:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Instrumentation Engineering

The engineering degree must be recognized by the Board of Technical Education, UGC, AICTE, or an equivalent authority.

Candidates must have completed their engineering graduation on or after 1 September 2023. Candidates who completed the degree before this date are not eligible.

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

  3. Preparation of the final merit list based on successful document verification.
  4. Engagement after acceptance of the tripartite apprenticeship contract on the NATS portal along with submission of the required medical certificate and police verification.
