Eligible candidates should complete the following steps:

IGCAR Trade Apprentice Selection Process 2026
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Candidates must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade.
- Shortlisting will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the ITI course.
- If two candidates have equal ITI marks, higher marks in the 10th or 8th standard (where applicable) will be considered.
- If the tie still remains, the candidate born earlier will be placed higher in the merit list.
- The shortlisted candidates for each trade will be published on the IGCAR website.
- All shortlisted candidates must attend the document verification process. Failure to appear will result in cancellation of candidature.
