Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the IIT Patna JRF/SRF Recruitment 2026 must meet any one of the following educational qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics with a minimum CPI of 6.5 out of 10 or 60% marks.
• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MS with a minimum CPI of 8 out of 10 or 75% marks.
